Venkat brings over four decades of global experience in the textile industry. Having worked across markets and cultures, he combines deep technical knowledge with an entrepreneurial vision. At the age of 42, he began his own journey as a founder, building Katalyst into a system driven by people, sustainability, and innovation. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted global partner for workwear, activewear, and technical apparel.
